These are handmade prints so each one may vary slightly which is part of their unique quality. Some of the paper I use is handmade Japanese Washi or Nepalese Khadi paper and flecks and fibres may be visible which is due to the way it was manufactured and is not a fault.

I always package my work very carefully so it should arrive in pristine condition. I cannot be responsible for damage or loss in transit but if it does arrive damaged in anyway please send a photograph to clearly show the damage and I will organise a replacement or refund.

You are welcome to return to print in perfect condition within 14 days for a full refund via Paypal. The customer will be responsible for postage costs.

I want my customers to be happy so please contact me if you think there is something I can do better and please share your print via social media if you wish. Don't forget to tag me in.
